Vías de Paz respects your privacy and protects your personal information in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you write to us or fill out the contact form: your name, email, organization and the details of your project.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, organize the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information may be processed by the providers we rely on to operate: our email service, the website host (Cloudflare) and, where applicable, the form service. These providers may store data outside Quebec; we choose them for their security safeguards.

Cookies and statistics

This site does not use tracking cookies. We measure visits with a statistics tool that does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if there is a contract, for as long as the law requires. It is then securely deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@viasdepaz.org. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this page.
